Delivery time

All jewelry is being crafted upon order. We, therefore, have an estimated shipping time of 14 days.

Standard packaging and shipping prices:

• National (within Norway): 150 NOK

• International: 300 NOK  

In-store pick-up

If you are living in Oslo, Norway, we have the option of in-store pick-up. This makes it available for you to pick up your order at our studio in Oslo.

Handling

Payment is made either with a debit card or credit card. The order is placed on your payment card when you confirm your order. Shipment is also added in the same process and will be charged to the payment card.

We use the following data to process orders:

- your name and address
- telephone
- billing address
- e-mail address
- payment details

Delivery

At byme.no, we aim to process and send your order as soon as we can. Orders are usually shipped 14 days after we have received the order. However, please note that made-to-order pieces such as personal stamping and required adjustments may take from 2-4 weeks to complete. If you have any personal requirements surrounding delivery dates, please check with us upon placing your order to see if we can meet your expectations. At By Me, we will at all times do our best to meet your wishes.

If the item is out of stock, do not fear; by me is probably already into production. Some of our products are very exclusively produced, and we appreciate your patience, while the goods are all handmade with thorough craftsmanship and with heart and soul put into every piece produced.

Inventory

Delivery of goods occurs on the way described in the order confirmation. If the delivery of the products is delayed beyond the given time frame, you will be informed of when possible delivery can take place. Should one or more of the items in your order be sold out due to errors in the on-hand inventory, you will be contacted on whether you would like the remaining order shipped as usual. 

Shipping

Our packages are shipped by post within Norway. For international shipments, we send our packages with either UPS or FedEx. Norwegian orders will usually be delivered within 10-14 working days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. For international orders, delivery is estimated between 14-20 working days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during public holidays, sales, or other more extreme conditions.

Byme.no takes on the risk for the products until you get them. After you have received the products, you should, as soon as possible, examine whether the shipment is by the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport, or if anything from your order is wrong or missing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if something does not match your expectations.

Easy returns and exchanges

Please note us as soon as possible if you have any reason to be returning your goods to byme.no. Return messages from our customers regarding errors or defects of the products must be reported to us by e-mail. After this is done, you will receive the return form in an e-mail from us.

If you were to regret a purchase done with byme.no, you send the goods back in complete product packaging within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, and you must include the return form filled out.

The condition for the return is that the goods have not been in use and may be sold as new. All tags need to be in the same condition as when you received the goods and be attached to the items. If the condition of the products appears used, the right of return ceases, and the goods will be shipped back to the customer, and the customer is then held responsible for all new shipment costs. The customer will then receive an invoice with the occurring return shipment costs.
